So I stink at this!!

Ok, so I stink at blogging. I want to blog but life kinda gets in the way!! Anyway, here I go again. I will have fourth pix up soon. We had a great low key holiday this year. We spent time with Gramma Owen and Gpa too. We played outside alot there and Lexie and baby Zach got to meet uncle Dirk for the first time. It was nice to see him and a couple of cousins too. Gramma has a huge Mimosa tree in her backyard and we had fun picking pink puff flowers and looking for "who's" inside. The kids got to go to the "feater" with daddy a few weeks ago and see Horton hears a Who. The absolutely loved it. So to see a huge tree full of pink puffs was the coolest thing ever to them. Yeah, I didnt get a pix of that but it was cute.

Then on the fourth we got up early and went to the zoo. It was pretty fun although the Tulsa Zoo is under some construction so we didnt see alot of animals that we wanted to see. The polar bear that has been there forever, since I was a kid, had finally died so it was kinda sad. And in the first building where they have the earthquake exhibit, Lexie wanted to do the fake earthquake but when the machine started moving she bailed. So I guess that means we cant ever live where there are earthquakes. She was so freaked out by it at first. The rest of the Zoo was fun but way hot that day!!

Then we came back to Gramma Guidry's house and had a cookout with the cousins and uncle Chris got a huge horsey bounce house. Which, by the way, I tested out and it was a blast!! We lit off fireworks and stayed up late and ate yummy food.

Saturday we swam for hours at aunt Jessie's house. Played with cousins and had a fabulous day. Mommy and daddy got a fun date night with aunt Jessie and uncle Chris and had a great time.

Pix to come from some cute cousin moments.
